The Advanced Macro Approach is great for those new to tracking food and macros, or those that want more in-depth nutrition coaching. Your weekly check-ins will receive in-depth feedback from your coach, along with a plan, advice, and support for the upcoming week. With this program, you can message your coach outside of your assigned check-in day.
The Simplified Macro Approach is intended for those that are not new to tracking food or macros. This program provides an opportunity to you to have accountability, and your weekly check-in will be an assessment of basic macros, adherence, energy, and hunger. You will receive feedback and necessary macro tweaks based on this check-in.
Take a more simple approach to eating well without counting your macros. This approach shows you that you can achieve your goals using a weekly menu recommended by your coach. This approach requires you to weigh your food to meet your menu, but does not require logging.
